This is honestly one of my favorite types of blankets! This is a cozy woven throw based on the original owl painting "With Confidence" that feels like a quiet, creative corner of a studio brought into your living room. It is made with handwoven cotton threads that form muted pastels on one side and deeper contrasts on the back. The fringed edges add a lived-in, artisanal finish. Fold it over the end of a bed, drape it across a sofa for cool evenings, or wrap up like a burrito while sketching, reading, or listening to records. The photo weaving method preserves soft gradients and detail of the artwork. These blankets wear in beautifully and invite quiet, contemplative moments.

- Based on the original artwork by Alexa Pursell, not to be distributed, copied, or used for personal profit. The Artist owns all creative intellectual rights to the original artwork.
Care instructions:
- Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F), gentle cycle, mild detergent
- Non-chlorine: bleach as needed
- Tumble dry: low heat

Shipping
For non-subscription products:
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Package preparations may take 1-3 days depending on demand. The typical shipping time is 5-15 days based on the product ordered and shipping methods. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location or around holidays. Thank you for your patience! (I am a one-woman business.)
For subscription products (The Paint Jar Post Club):
Each batch of letters is sent out the last week of the month. Signing up by the 15th of every month guarantees that you will be in that batch. Signing up after the 15th is signing up for the next month's letter.
Letters are sent in the classic snail mail style of an envelope and a stamp.
