PRODUCT DETAILS:
A monthly snail-mail club with a theme!
This year's theme is "Onward to the Sea". It includes:
- 1 short letter from me
- 1 post card print 6"x4"
- 1 coloring page
- 1 extra surprise
Mail comes at the beginning of every month in a stamped envelope. Sign up by the 15th of the month to receive the mail by the beginning of the following month. Ex: If you sign up by Jan 15th, then mail is sent on Feb 1st. Signing up on Jan 16th would skip your order to the next month, and your mail will be sent March 1st. Delivery times may vary depending on location.
Note: By joining The Paint Jar Post Club, you agree to a recurring monthly charge that will automatically go through the provided payment method until it is cancelled. You can skip or cancel at any time using your Subscriptions Management page. If you need to cancel, please do so by the next billing cycle so that you are not charged for that month.
Return policy
I am not accepting any returns currently. However, my goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, contact me through the "Contact" page above and we can work on a solution!
Shipping
For non-subscription products:
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Package preparations may take 1-3 days depending on demand. The typical shipping time is 5-15 days based on the product ordered and shipping methods. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location or around holidays. Thank you for your patience! (I am a one-woman business.)
For subscription products (The Paint Jar Post Club):
Each batch of letters is sent out the last week of the month. Signing up by the 15th of every month guarantees that you will be in that batch. Signing up after the 15th is signing up for the next month's letter.
Letters are sent in the classic snail mail style of an envelope and a stamp.

Our products are manufactured locally. We carefully create, prepare, and package each piece to ensure that they are high quality.
